LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Gargoyles Eyewear limited warranty covers breakage due to manufacturers’ defects up to one year from the date of purchase. Limited warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Gargoyles Dealer. The limited warranty will be void if the return does not include receipt as proof of purchase and date. Gargoyles limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, lost screws, accidental damage or damage due to improper care. Any alterations of the Gargoyles products will void warranty. We reserve the right to make final decision on whether the damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect or not.

WARRANTY SHIPPING INFORMATION
In case of a manufactures defect, Gargoyles Eyewear will either repair or replace your eyewear for a processing, shipping and handling charge of $12.50 per pair. Please include your Phone Number and a return address where to return the product to. Please make all checks or money orders payable to Quantum Optics. We encourage you to send your items by a traceable method (UPS, Fed EX, US Postal tracking), as Quantum Optics is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
